CPE Infinity Glass · eBay buying and selling application

The CPE Infinity Glass Buy/Sell application is a private, single-seller tool. It is used by CPE Infinity Glass to manage its own eBay buying and selling activity. It is not a public service, it has no user accounts, and no one other than the operator can sign in to it or use it.
With the authorisation of our own eBay seller account, the application uses eBay's APIs to read and write data belonging to that account: our listings, inventory, offers, order and sales records, and the photographs we upload for our own items. It does not access other sellers' accounts.
We do not collect information from visitors to this website. There are no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking on this page.
When one of our items sells, eBay provides the buyer information needed to fulfil that order. We use it only to dispatch the order and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell it, rent it, share it for marketing, or use it for any purpose unrelated to completing the transaction.
We are subscribed to eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion / Closure notifications. When eBay notifies us that a user has requested deletion of their personal data, the notification is recorded and the corresponding personal data held by this application is deleted. Notifications are retained only for as long as is needed to process them and to demonstrate that we did so.
Application data is held in the operator's own private systems. Credentials and access tokens are stored in the operating system's protected credential store, never in documents or source code, and are never written to logs. Personal identifiers are excluded from all logging. The systems that hold this data are not publicly readable.
Order and accounting records are retained for as long as tax and business record-keeping rules require, and are then deleted. Data associated with an account deletion request is removed when that request is processed.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with eBay itself, with shipping carriers to the extent needed to deliver an order, and where we are legally required to disclose it.
If you have transacted with us and want to know what information we hold, or want it corrected or erased, contact us and we will action it. eBay buyers may also request deletion directly through eBay, which reaches us automatically via the account deletion notification endpoint described above.
